By using the Send to Eagle browser extension or website (https://sendtoeagle.lanrenwen.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the Extension

Send to Eagle helps users capture images, videos, post text and author replies from X and Threads, save selected content to local Eagle, and create share cards. It also provides right-click saving of images and page bookmarks from other websites for personal reference and creative work.

Saving to Eagle requires Eagle installed and running on the same computer. Copying and downloading share cards does not require Eagle. Media availability and quality depend on the content and its source; the extension does not guarantee the highest quality for every resource.

2. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your capture and use of third-party media and content complies with applicable copyright laws, platform terms of service, and fair use guidelines.
Send to Eagle does not host, distribute, or claim ownership of any content you save.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The extension is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Lanrenwen makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with future updates to Twitter/X or Eagle.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lanrenwen be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this extension.

5. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms occasionally. Continued use of the extension following any modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
